The Chinese internet giant Alibaba is fighting allegations that it allows fake goods to be sold on its sites. A legal battle that has hit the stock price and it’s a case that will hardly reassure traders nervous about investing in China; an investment market increasingly opening up and offering potentially lucrative opportunities.

With more Chinese firms going public in the US, as in Alibaba's case, and in Hong Kong it's getting easier to buy into China's growth.
