Joe Neighbour expects the FTSE 100 to hit new highs. He's buying the index and notes that the Footsie continues to be heavily shorted by retail investors with a "huge amount" of stop losses sitting above previous all time highs at around 6950 up to 7000. This creates a large buying effect as a result, according to Joe. 
His strategy is to buy the dip below 6775
Targets: a move above 7050-7100
