The markets are reacting in a more positive light as key talks over Greece take place this Monday. Saxo's Michael Boye says the feeling is the ECB will extend the ELA funding to Greek banks which will stop capital controls being put in place. 

So far this Monday, Michael says he's seen strong risk-on sentiment. Equities are up while the US Dollar is down. Meanwhile German bunds are dropping, but there have been gains made in the periphery most notably in Italy and Spain.
