Saxo Bank's Chief Economist Steen Jakobsen is shorting the US dollar in Q2 - in particular against the euro. With the Fed unlikely to hike interest rates, there is an opportunity to find great value in the weak dollar, Steen says. He will also be focusing  on the emerging markets, mining and gold in the second quarter.
