Saxo Bank's Head of Commodity Strategy Ole Hansen says that supply of oil is starting to slow and that demand will pick up. He thinks these are reasons why the price of oil could rise. 

On the other hand he points to a record Brent crude long position as a reason why the price of oil could drop.
