Steen Jakobsen, chief economist and CIO of Saxo Bank, argues that the world’s central banks’ policies are not working.

Jakobsen says the central banks lack an ability to renew their strategies and therefore their impact on the market is merely short term. 

He says the world instead needs better education, better central structures and a closer look at how people can be more productive.
