Although risk-on has once again become an investor favourite, Saxo Capital Markets’ global macro strategist Kay Van-Petersen says there are plenty of emotional and gut-related reasons why Donald Trump could still win this election.

Last week we saw Hillary Clinton dip in the polls due to comments from FBI director James Comey. This morning however the FBI stated that no further investigations will be conducted. According to Van-Petersen, it means that risk-on has once again become an investor favourite. 

And while most of the polls and pundits believe it's probably a shoo-in for Clinton, Van-Petersen says it is sensible to be cautious.
