Setting up your workspace
Welcome to the introduction video for our trading platform. These episodes will introduce you to the trading platform providing an explanation of all its features.
In this episode we will be looking into how to:

  • Set up the workspace
  • Add/remove tabs
  • Manage Instruments
  • Change Platform Settings
1 Setting up the workspace
The workspace is made up of several modules, each serving a different purpose.

Modules can be:
Moved - by dragging the top bar.
Resized/scaled – by dragging the sides

Closed – by clicking the X
Or added – by clicking ‘Add Module’ and selecting a module from the drop down list.
In this list you will find all available modules that enables you to:

  • Trade FX
  • Trade CFDs or Shares
  • Trade Futures
  • View streaming news from a multitude of providers
  • View your Positions, Orders and account summary
  • View instruments, prices and charts
Try adding a module yourself.

2 Adding and Removing tabs
The trading platform features multiple views which can be accessed through the tabs in the top section of the platform.

You furthermore have the option to:

  • Add tabs –click the +sign next to the row of tabs
  • Rename tabs –click and hold to make the title editable.
  • Remove tabs – click the cross to remove the tab, please be aware that this cannot be undone.
By using this method the platform can be customized to suit your personal preference.

3 Managing Instruments
A central element of the platform is the Prices and Trade module.
From here you will be able to trade your preferred instruments.

You can add instruments either by typing part of the instrument name into the ‘Select Instrument’ field, and then selecting it from the drop down.

Alternatively you can open the instrument explorer for a more thorough overview of the instruments available.

To remove an instrument, simply select it and press the – button in the header.

For one click trading, the pricelist also features a Tradeboard mode, which you can easily switch between.


4 Platform Settings
The settings menu will allow you to alter some of the fundamental settings of the platform.

Open the settings menu by clicking on the ‘Settings’ button in the top.

Under the general tab you can manage the general settings, such as enabling the platform to automatically enable trading upon login.
The Language tab features language, regional and time zone settings.
The Password tab allows you to change your password
The Workspace tab can come in handy if you have lost your way as you can use this feature to reset the workspace layout – but be careful – this cannot be undone.
