Timing is everything and the ECB has got it completely wrong according to Saxo Bank's Chief Economist Steen Jakobsen who argues that the central bank is about to make the biggest policy mistake in its history, if it introduces QE. Steen predicts EU recovery in the second half of 2015, largely driven by leaner and meaner Eastern European states, and that QE is therefore an over-reaction.
